We couldn’t find Housebuyers4u’s company registration number or registered company name anywhere on their website. If you search for Homebuyers4u on Companies House, the company can’t be found. This means Housebuyers4u is a brand name being used by a different company. We had to go via The Property Ombudsman to find their company registration number, which is the only way we could find any information about them on Companies House.

Housebuyers4u also aren’t clear about where they’re based. Their website gives two different London addresses: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX and Suite 331 Kemp House, 152-160 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, but the accounts for the registered company behind the brand – Buy-Investment-Properties Limited – suggest they are based in Leeds.
