Experience: Hywel has worked in the property industry for over 30 years, including 4 years as Managing Director of TSB Mortgages. His experience led him to believe that homeowners in the UK needed a quicker, more convenient alternative to the open market. With the launch of Quick Move Now in 1998, home sellers could for the first time secure a guaranteed sale in certain timescales.
Role: Hywel retired from the executive in December 2010, but has stayed on as Chairman, taking a keen interest in the company and providing an invaluable source of advice and experience. Quick Move Now remains a family-run business, managed by an executive team that is headed up by Hywel’s three sons; Danny, Rhys and John. Hywel was recently made very proud when the company completed its 6,000th purchase.
