Step 1 Step 1 - Get in touch

You can call Quick Move Now on 0800 068 3366 or enter your details on our website here. Our dedicated Client Account Managers will provide support and guidance on the house selling process, and can discuss all the options available to you.

To provide an indication of our cash offer, they will ask you a few very simple questions about your property, taking no more than a few minutes. There is no cost or obligation, and no hard sell, giving you the time you need to decide on the best route forward.

Jerome Bonner - Quick Move Now 2019

The process is really easy. I’ll have a chat with you about your property and take down some basic details about your home and the timescales you’re working to.

Then, I’ll go away and do some research. I’ll look at the local property market in your area, how quickly property is selling and the sort of price I think your property might achieve on the open market.

I’ll come back to you, in most cases within an hour, with an indication of the offer we would be able to make. We can also discuss whether the service is right for your plans and individual circumstance – there is never any pressure from us.

Step 2 Step 2 - Get a formal offer

Our formal offer will confirm the exact price we are able to pay for your home. To make this offer, we may need to arrange for an independent estate agent to visit your home and provide a valuation.

If a visit is needed, it shouldn’t take any longer than 20 minutes, can be arranged at a time to suit you, and doesn’t require any cleaning away or tidying up. We will use this independent valuation, and feedback from other estate agents, as the basis for our offer.

Step 2 - Formal Offer

When Mrs Cruise contacted us, she was worried that she was going to miss out on a property she was hoping to buy. You can read more about how Jerome was able to reassure her and guide her through the process of getting a formal cash offer in our case study.

Step 3 Step 3 - Decide on your completion date

If you accept our formal offer, we will discuss your requirements in more detail, and set a date for the sale to complete.

Most of our clients contact us because they need a quick house sale, but others will want to set a date a little further in the future. Whatever timescales you are working to, we have cash funds ready and available to help you achieve them.

Moving Day!
Step 4 Step 4 - Solicitors, Survey and Completion

We will manage the entire sale process. From the moment you accept our formal offer, all the way through to completion, our team is here to support you. We have bought thousands of properties over the years, and have worked hard to make the process as smooth and simple as possible.

Once you have accepted our offer, we will send the sale information across to the solicitors, who will handle the legal conveyancing aspect of the sale. You will have your own independent solicitor, legally obligated to work for you and your interests, throughout the entire sale process. If you use a recommended solicitor, Quick Move Now can pay all the legal costs.

Our solicitor’s details are:
Gary Hope, Wards Solicitors, 7 Fountain Court, New Leaze, Bradley Stoke, Bristol BS32 4LA

Survey

As with most house sales, we obtain an independent RIC’s survey report. This should not concern you, as we are not interested in minor issues and it is actually rare for a surveyor to highlight a major problem that you are not already aware of.

In nearly all cases the survey is merely a box ticking exercise, however in a worst-case scenario, remember, until contracts are exchanged, you are under no obligation and will have not incurred any costs. Quick Move Now arrange and pay for the surveyor’s report, and therefore it is not in our interests for a problem to be found which could impact the purchase, as we cannot recover these costs.

Rhys Luke - Purchasing Director

Our aim is to make your house sale as simple and stress-free as possible. Your personal circumstances and desired timescales are always at the forefront of the service we provide. You will have one dedicated point of contact throughout the entire sale process who will guide you through the sale and resolve any issues that may arise.

We have purchased more than 5,500 properties since we began and, as a result, there is very little that we haven’t experienced as part of the house sale process. You really are in safe hands when you sell your property to Quick Move Now.

Rhys Luke, Purchasing Director

Sale completion date

Once all of the necessary legal work has been completed, we will exchange contracts and the sale will complete on the pre-arranged date. Any mortgage outstanding on the property will be cleared and the remaining funds from the sale will be paid directly into your bank account.

Upon purchasing your property, we will immediately take responsibility for its upkeep and maintenance. We will look at whether any work is required before being able to re-sell the property.

When the property is ready to sell, we will put it onto the open market with an estate agent. It is difficult to predict how long a property will take to sell on the open market, or what price it will achieve. Selling directly to us means that we take all the risk associated with an open market sale.

The Woosnams

Mr and Mrs Woosnam originally contacted Quick Move Now as a back-up plan. Find out how we were able to step-in and save their onward move, completing on a date to tie-in perfectly with the purchase of their new property.
