At some point, most of us have probably imagined what it would be like to be a wealthy property tycoon while playing the classic board game of monopoly. But for some, that dream is a reality as we unveil the property rich list for 2016.
According to property portal website Zoopla, the top 20 most expensive streets in Britain are all located in London. With 13 out of the 20 having average property prices of over £10 million!
Using a formula called the Z-Index, Zoopla measures the country’s highest valued streets, towns and postcode. This is calculated with the average property value in a given area based on current Zoopla Estimates.
