Do you do sale and rent back?

Do you buy tenanted property?
Whilst we can make offers on tenanted properties we are unable to exchange until the property is vacated.
What fees do you charge?
There is no cost in obtaining an offer from us.
When will we receive an offer from you?
Normally within 48 hours of us receiving the agent's report.
How long does the offer remain open?
The offer remains open for 7 days, after this time we have to review the offer although this is generally a very quick process.
What's the most you will pay?
Up to 85% of the appraised value of your property.
How quickly can we get the cash?
It can be in as little as 7 days but the service is designed to be flexible to your required timescales.
I'm not in a hurry to sell, should I still contact you?
Absolutely. By selling to us you will have none of the usual hassles involved, which means a smooth and stress-free sale.
Do you charge a deposit?
Yes, £500 is payable upon acceptance of our offer. The deposit is fully refundable upon completion.
