New Home Builder Warns of House Price Falls
Bovis, the new home builder, has warned that house prices are likely to be 3% lower this autumn, compared with last.In a trading update today, Bovis admitted: "Recent events in the financial markets have adversely affected consumer confidence, resulting in sales being lower than anticipated during the key autumn selling period."
