Asking prices for London properties have fallen for the first time in a year in August, showing further signs of London's housing market cooling, according to Rightmove. The report also shows that sellers are increasingly having to realign as affordability limits are increasingly reached.
The Rightmove sees the current trend consistent with house prices rising more in line with wage inflation at around 3 to 4%.
